The Covid-19 pandemic has created an urgent need for affordable health products to maintain body immunity and prevent virus transmission, one of which is through the use of natural ingredients in the surrounding environment. This community service activity aims to (1) educate residents of Pandean Village, Karanganyar District, Ngawi Regency about the use of family medicinal plants (TOGA) to make traditional herbal medicine, (2) train residents to make natural hand sanitizers from aloe vera, and (3) encourage the growth of potential micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) based on natural health products. The implementation method includes observation and interviews, planting medicinal plants in the village reservoir area, training in making turmeric and tamarind herbal medicine, and training and socialization of making natural hand sanitizers. The results of the activity showed that residents succeeded in planting nine types of medicinal plants (ginger, turmeric, Javanese ginger, betel, lemongrass, kitolod flowers, bitter leaf, and aloe vera), producing approximately 12 bottles of turmeric and tamarind herbal medicine, and producing and distributing approximately 15 bottles of natural hand sanitizer to the community. This activity increases the knowledge and skills of local residents in processing natural ingredients into health products while also opening up opportunities to strengthen household economies through herbal-based MSMEs.
