DEVELOPMENT OF MICRO, SMALL, AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMEs) THROUGH VEGETABLE RISOL MAKING TRAINING

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is crucial for driving local economic growth, especially in rural areas such as Jengkrik Hamlet, Bangunrejo Village, Ngawi Regency. Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) has proven effective in supporting these efforts. This research aims to explore the impact of vegetable rissole making training on MSME development in Jengkrik Hamlet. The research method employs a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Participants include local MSME owners and interested prospective entrepreneurs. The results indicate that the training plays a significant role in MSME development by enhancing knowledge, skills, product quality, and operational efficiency. Additionally, it strengthens social networks among local MSME actors, increases participants' motivation and confidence, and fosters opportunities for collaboration and joint marketing. Thus, vegetable rissole making training not only provides direct economic benefits to local MSMEs but also enhances the capacity and sustainability of the MSME sector at the local level. This research provides valuable insights into the role of KKN in MSME development and offers policy recommendations to support similar efforts in other regions.
